Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the online service for payment of School Fee for DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, CHANDIGARH. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by authorizing a payment through the online payment service.

DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, CHANDIGARH reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You should therefore re-read the terms and conditions each time that this service is used.

Key Terms of the Service

Enables users to pay school fees online through the Edunext App for parents of DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, CHANDIGARH. Online services are provided through a secure website using the Edunext online payment system. All such online services shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions for Online Services and the Terms of Use of the DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, CHANDIGARH portal, which are incorporated herein by reference.
DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, CHANDIGARH shall be entitled at any time, without prior notice or any liability to you, to cancel or suspend the online fee payment services and/or to substitute alternative services, which may or may not be interactive or transactional in nature.
The credit/debit card information supplied when using this service is processed by the payment gateway of the service provider and is not supplied to the school. The only information supplied to the school is the name of the payer, the bill number, and the amount of the payment. It is the sole responsibility of the user of this service to ensure that the information entered in the relevant fields is correct.
It is recommended that you take and retain a copy of the transaction for record-keeping purposes and to assist with the resolution of any disputes that may arise from the use of this service.
Your payment will normally reach the DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, CHANDIGARH account to which you are making a payment within two working days.
In respect of any failed transactions processed through this service, the transaction failure charges payable, if any, to the participating banks in respect of the failed transactions shall be charged additionally.
While availing any of the payment methods offered by us, the School is not responsible and will take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction(s).
- Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed between you and your bank(s).
- Any payment issues arising out of the transaction.
- Decline of the transaction for any other reason(s).

Payment Terms

The fees to be paid by the Customer/Parent shall be computed and paid as specified below:

Payment may only be made with Visa/MasterCard credit/debit cards or Net Banking.
DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, CHANDIGARH does not charge any processing fee or service charges from students for online payment. However, students/parents have to pay charges, if applicable, as levied by the payment gateway service provider.
GST and other applicable taxes, if any, will be charged in addition and shall be collected from the customer.

Refund Policy

1. Technical Issue

In case of any technical issue due to which the payment amount is deducted from the payer's account but does not reflect in the official ERP, while the payment gateway service clearly confirms the transaction/settlement, the payment will be manually submitted in the ERP after the School receives the payment.

The payment/refund process may take approximately 7?10 working days, subject to receipt and confirmation of the payment by the School.

2. Multiple Payments

In case of a duplicate or double payment and the payment gateway service clearly confirms the duplicate transaction, the School will process the refund after receiving the payment in its account.

The refund may take approximately 7?10 working days. Alternatively, the amount may be adjusted against the next month's fee, as per the payer's request and subject to the School's approval.

3. Other Payment Discrepancies

In all other cases where there is any discrepancy in the fee paid, the parent/customer must directly contact the School. The decision of the School in such matters shall be final.
